iPhone Shortcut setup

Build a Shortcut on your iPhone that POSTs your daily numbers here. Use these values:

Shortcut steps:

  1. Shortcuts app → + → Add Action → "Get Contents of URL"
  2. Method: POST • URL: the endpoint above
  3. Headers: add X-Ingest-Token = your token, and Content-Type = application/json
  4. Request Body → JSON with keys: pickups, total_minutes, social_minutes plus apps (object of per-app minutes, e.g. {"instagram":42,"tiktok":18})
  5. Automations → Time of Day → run the Shortcut daily
